Community Information
Sea Pines is perhaps the most well known of all the communities on Hilton Head Island. Even if you don't recognize the name, you have probably seen photos of the lighthouse overlooking the Harbour Town Marina and the Harbour Town Golf Links. Located on the south end of the Island, this residential resort community encompasses 5,200 acres of oceanfront property, woodlands, marshes, and lagoons.
There are plenty of amenities throughout Sea Pines including six miles of beaches, the Harbour Town shops and Marina, restaurants, equestrian center, bike paths, swimming pools, tennis courts, community garden, and much more. The Harbour Town golf course is annual host to the PGA's Heritage golf tournament.
Many Sea Pines real estate buyers utilize their property as a vacation home or villa, and place that property on the short-term rental market for the rest of the season. If you are looking for an investment or rental property, Sea Pines is the first place you should visit. However, if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood away from tourist traffic chances are you will prefer Indigo Run or Moss Creek.
